Session Overview

- Online & drop-in sessions.

- Every Thursday at 7pm (UK time)/ 8pm (Central Europe time)

- Sessions are 30 minutes long:

  • 20 minutes of guided meditation. 

  • 10 minutes of self-reflection with prompts.

- Cost: £5 or 6€
